ZLINE 36" Convertible Vent Wall Mount Range Hood in Stainless Steel

I purchased this several months ago in conjunction w/ a kitchen remodel. Unit looks & works outstandingly!

Except the damper door makes a lot of noise on windy days. Any suggestions of how to fix?

This review is primarily regarding the excellent customer service received. First order came in with damage. Received return authorization and return shipping label immediately and a replacement hood was shipped right away. No questions asked, just excellent customer service and response.

We recently remodeled out kitchen and were looking for a sleek and simple design that complimented our shaker cabinets. This range hood was priced really well and a lot less money than other hoods we looked at. We had an electrician install it as the installation process was beyond our ability. This range hood works well and looks amazing! We could not be more pleased with it. If we ever need another hood, we’ll be purchasing from this site.

Relatively quiet and moves a lot of air. Adequate lighting. Do not care for how flimsy the air baffles are. In all, a decent hood for the price. Customer service could not have been better when we needed to return the first fan because it was dented up. The replacement fan came dented too but we kept it as it was on the back corner and could not be seen when mounted. When we mounted the replacement we placed our mounting screws perfectly level and when we hung the hood it was tilted by about 1/2 inch at the corner. This was caused by the mounting holes in the back of the fan being off from each other by 1/16". We used a Dremel and evened up the height of the holes. I would recommend this fan if you are on a budget and need hood that is more powerful than a standard range hood.
