Excellent customer service!

This range hood is handsome, well designed, and reasonably quiet. I especially like the inclusion of grease drain holes in the blower housing and their accompanying small grease cup. As with any range hood, proper installation of it and its exhaust vent ducting requires a fair amount of experience, "handiness," and the proper tools (it's much more demanding than, say, hanging a picture). With these prerequisites met, the installation went smoothly, even though it replaced an old hood in a narrow space surrounded by cabinets, and the result looks quite professional. We had some minor problems with the shipped components, but the ZLine customer response team was very easy to contact, friendly, helpful, and fast, and our issues were corrected in record time.
