Good value

While the hood works well, its installation left much to be desired. The mounting screws were aluminum so if you screw them in and out too many times you strip the heads. The chimney screws were a loose fit and had to be replaced. The hood is NOT sized to take a standard 6" duct (why not?) and the provided duct is plastic. We all know what happens to plastic over time when exposed to heat and vibration. Still, though, it is a beautiful product and I am optimistic!

well made,great product, great customer service

we have had this hood for 2 months and it works well. very quiet, does a good job of removing cooking odors. really like the adjustable lights, they light the stove nicely, or you can use them to downlight the wall. great customer service, we were missing the grease cup, one phone call and 2 days we had a replacement. a real pleasure to work with a company with great products and great customer service

Best range hood for the money

We have bought our second Z line range hood for our home. We love the style and the value of their products - and I can't say enough about their customer service. We had some trouble with finding the right model and they were happy to assist and and give us a refund on a model that we purchased and didn't fit in our kitchen.
